It’s (almost, kinda) Summer so we brewed a beer in honor of one of our favorite things this time of year…those very late, very long sunsets. We’re talking soft, wispy layers upon layers of apricot and peach and tangerine and meyer lemon. And maybe there’s a calm, cool breeze coming off the sound. And a sweet, salty essence that culminates in a refreshing, satisfying finish. This beer (with Citra & Peacharine), that experience, it’s basically the same thing.
