Yeah so, um, we brewed this modern (fruity, hazy, dry) pale ale with hops from here. Like Citra. And also there. Like Peacharine from New Zealand. But mostly here, like Mosaic Cryo. It’s a packaged deal that shares a hop bill. It’s pretty much in charge of everything in regards to a pale ale, because this beer sort of has a grasp of everything on a day to day basis. We treat pale ale like it is the most important thing in our lives. What we’re saying is that it’s a highly qualified hop bill that can handle the job, especially odd jobs. And it’s got street smarts. They say brew the pale ale you want to drink, and you’ll never work a day in your life. Well, here we are.
